Refunds
In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis, adhering strictly to the terms outlined in the pre-arranged agreements. Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or required by law, Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

You accept responsibility for safeguarding your account information and for all activities conducted under your account. Immediate notification to us is required upon any unauthorized use of your account.
